About No Damage

No Damage started with a problem in the dental lab.

Dental technicians work with tolerance. Every restoration is engineered to a load threshold — the force a structure can absorb before it begins to fail. Apply too much, too soon, and the surface degrades. The structure wears. The damage accumulates before it announces itself.

The same principle applies to the body under training load. Most athletes never learn it. Most programmes never teach it. They load the structure without accounting for what that load is doing to it.

No Damage is built on one mechanical principle: structural tolerance before progressive load. Not as recovery advice. Not as injury prevention. As a training framework — the correct sequence for applying force to a biological system that has to last.

The Smile Hierarchy

The same mechanical principle applied to oral health. Five levels — from gum tissue to aesthetics. Structure first. Surface treatment follows.

Both frameworks apply the same logic. Identify the structure. Understand the load it carries. Intervene at the correct level. Progress only when the foundation is confirmed.

Same discipline as the dental lab. Different application.

Train hard. Protect the structure.
