All products sold through nodamage.store are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered.

If you have not received your download link, or if the file is corrupted or inaccessible, contact us at nodamage2019@gmail.com and we will resolve it immediately.

We do not offer refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with content. If you are unsure whether the No Damage Framework is right for you, the free tools at nodamage.store — the Movement Checker and No Damage Assessment — are available before purchase.
